By accessing or using any services offered by TLC JobPath or TLC Publishing Studio—including our websites, social media platforms, blogs, videos, job aides, digital downloads, and products listed on third-party platforms such as Etsy—you agree to be bound by these Terms and  Conditions, as well as any policies incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• "User" refers to any person or entity accessing or using TLC JobPath or TLC Publishing Studio's services.
• "Services"  includes any product, course, content, digital download, printable resource, service, or feature provided by TLC JobPath or TLC Publishing Studio, whether accessed directly or through third-party platforms (e.g., Etsy, social media, or LMS). 
• "Content" means all text, images, course materials, training modules, and digital resources, or items for sale and available on our platform.
• "LMS" is the Learning Management System provided by TLC JobPath for delivering courses and related content.
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions, including all policies and clauses incorporated herein by reference.
• "Digital Downloads" – Files such as PDFs, Word documents, Canva templates, planners, or other digital resources available for download after purchase.
• "TLC Publishing Studio" – The publishing and creative product division of TLC JobPath, offering wedding planners, templates, author tools, and related resources. Also can be referred to as TLC PublishingStudio
• "Third-Party Marketplace" – Any external platform used to list, sell, or promote products (e.g., Etsy, Facebook, Instagram).

 User Representations and Legal Age Requirement:
By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or if under 18, you have obtained the necessary parental or guardian consent. Users who do not meet this requirement are not permitted to use our services.
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of our services.

 No Refund Policy:
Due to the immediate and digital nature of our offerings—such as online courses, interactive training modules, digital templates, and personalized mentorship—all sales are final. We encourage you to review our free content on our blog, Esty shop, and social media channels before making a purchase.

 Digital Products & Downloads:
Due to the nature of digital content—including but not limited to planners, templates, guides, and downloadable files—all sales are final and non-refundable. Once access is granted or files are delivered, we cannot offer exchanges, cancellations, or refunds.
Please review product details before purchasing or reach out with questions. 

Payment & Billing Policy:

• All payments are processed securely via a third-party platform.
•  Purchases made via third-party marketplaces (e.g., Etsy, Canva) are subject to their respective billing and refund policies in addition to our Terms. 
• Access to courses and premium content is granted only after manual payment confirmation by TLC JobPath.
• Billing cycles and any recurring subscription terms for premium services will be clearly communicated.
• Late fees or additional charges may apply for overdue payments (a minimum late fee of $25.00 if not paid 10 days after the due date).
• All applicable taxes, duties, and fees imposed by governmental authorities are the responsibility of the user.

Subscription Auto-Renewal and Cancellation:

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
• You will receive an email notification at least 14 days before renewal, outlining the upcoming charge and any changes to the terms.
• To cancel, log into your account and follow the cancellation process or contact our support team. Cancellations must be made before the renewal date to avoid the next billing cycle; no refunds will be provided for any current period once renewed.
• TLC JobPath reserves the right to modify auto-renewal terms and fees with prior notice.

 LMS Access Policy:

• Access to our LMS is granted only after payment is manually confirmed. A username and password will be created for you from our West Coast office; please allow for processing time.
• LMS access is provided for a limited duration—ending upon course completion or the end of the subscribed service level.
• Misuse of the LMS (including fraud, copyright infringement, or unauthorized reproduction/distribution of course materials) will result in immediate revocation of access without prior notice.

 Digital Product Delivery
Digital downloads will be delivered via direct download, email, or access link following successful payment.
We are not responsible for file compatibility, email delivery delays, or user error in downloading/storing files. Please retain a copy for your records. 

Service Level Agreement (SLA) / Performance Disclaimer:
While TLC JobPath strives to maintain continuous, high-quality service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our LMS or other services due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors. All service levels are provided on an “as is” basis, and we are not liable for any disruptions.

 Copyright and Intellectual Property Notice:
All content provided by TLC JobPath and or TLC Publishing Studio  is the exclusive property of TLC JobPath and is protected by federal and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or dissemination of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.   Use of downloadable templates or resources from TLC Publishing Studio grants the user a non-transferable, non-commercial license for personal use only. Users may not redistribute, sell, or modify our content for resale without written permission.  

User-Generated Content:
If you submit content on our platform, you grant TLC JobPath a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content for any purpose. You warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

Feedback and Suggestions:
Any feedback, survey responses, or ideas you provide become the exclusive property of TLC JobPath. We may use this feedback without any obligation or compensation to you.

Trademark Notice:
All trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names displayed on our website or materials are the property of TLC JobPath or their respective owners. No right or license to use these marks is granted without express written permission.

DMCA Takedown Policy:

In the event of a data breach, TLC JobPath will notify affected users in accordance with applicable laws, providing details about the breach and remedial measures.

Cookie Policy / Tracking Technologies:
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience. By using our site, you consent to our use of these technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. You may adjust your cookie settings via your browser, though this may impact functionality.

 Disclaimer of Warranties:

Indemnification Clause:

Dispute Resolution / Arbitration Clause:
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association’s rules, to be conducted in Henderson or Las Vegas, Nevada. Notwithstanding arbitration, either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual property or irreparable harm.

 Third-Party Services Disclaimer:
TLC JobPath and TLC Publishing Studio may offer products through third-party marketplaces such as Etsy or integrations via platforms like Canva. By purchasing or accessing our content through these external providers, you also agree to comply with their policies in addition to ours. 

TLC JobPath utilizes third-party platforms (e.g., LMS, website, payment services) to deliver our services. We do not guarantee their availability, functionality, or security and are not liable for any disruptions, downtime, or security breaches caused by these external services.
